Good Luck Chilean Pig
Can a small, hand molded pig bring good luck? In the small village of Pomaire, Chile, three-legged good luck pigs are traditionally given to friends as a token of good will and love. These "chanchitos" (literally, "little pigs") are hand made of clay by a family run artisan group in Pomaire, Chile. Each good luck pig is sold individually, varying in size, shape and personality. Chanchitos are not molded — each is hand crafted and low fired. Tag with the chanchito story included.
