Sun Burst Window "Charmer"
Martin Henry's aptly named pieces will appear to burst out of your window. Made from copper and brass, Martin has discovered a unique method of combining acids and enamels to give them an aged quality. The acids scar the metal and begin the patina process while the enamels add rich color and various shades. Martin draws upon his own spirituality when creating his work, and says it reminds him to "Listen to faith." As you gaze upon this piece in the sunlight, we think you too will understand what the artist was trying to say.
